Fully enclosed in glass with the ocean filling every pane, the estate's most sophisticated room slides open to the sea air — or seals shut and air-conditions for the heat of the day. The piano stands ready for a nightcap performance; the whole party regathers here without planning to.

The Den
An 85-inch flatscreen with surround sound, blackout shades for movie-dark, or doors thrown open for indoor-outdoor living with the palapa and ocean in view. By day it's the kids' kingdom — toys, crafts, cartoons; by night, the adults' spot to sink in and stay awhile.
